We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules, maintaining candidate records, and supporting the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and interviews.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




Discuss salary, job responsibilities, company policies, and joining details with selected candidates.
Prepare and coordinate offer letters and joining documentation.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Meet recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Support other HR activities as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
