Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the company. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/Excel, invoicing, payments, reconciliations and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle sales and purchase invoices, receipts, payments and expenses.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain financial statements and accounting reports.
Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related activities.
Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
Track outstanding payments and follow up when required.
Coordinate with vendors, clients and internal teams regarding financial matters.
Manage petty cash and routine company expenses.
Prepare monthly financial summaries and reports for management.
Support the management and external CA/auditor with required financial information.




Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely completion of accounting work.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Working knowledge of Tally / accounting software.
Knowledge of GST and TDS will be preferred.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification

B.Com / BBA / equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant accounting experience. Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered.
