Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, assessments, assignments, and study materials.
Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
Develop students’ conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and subject knowledge.
Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
Participate in examinations, academic activities, parent-teacher meetings, and school events.
Contribute to co-curricular and extracurricular activities as required.
Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and educational practices.
Eligibility
Master’s Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
B.Ed. is mandatory.
Candidates with relevant teaching experience at the senior secondary level will be preferred.
Solid communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and assessment practices will be an added advantage.
