Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our company's presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective social media strategies.
Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and others.
Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, stories, and campaigns.
Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
Monitor social media trends and implement creative ideas.
Increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and followers.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally.
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creative content.
Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and engagement.




Stay updated with the latest social media tools, trends, and algorithm changes.
Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and content creation skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools.
Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
Knowledge of paid advertising is an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience
Freshers with strong social media knowledge and creativity are also encouraged to apply.
