Restructuring Officer (RO)

We are seeking an experienced Restructuring Officer (RO) to lead financial, operational, and organizational restructuring initiatives. The role focuses on improving profitability, liquidity, and long-term sustainability through turnaround strategies and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess business performance and develop restructuring & turnaround plans
Review financial statements, identify underperforming areas, and drive cost optimization
Lead execution of restructuring initiatives and monitor KPIs
Collaborate with senior leadership and external stakeholders
Provide regular progress updates and risk mitigation strategies

Qualifications:




Robust finance background with expertise in financial planning & reporting
Experience in restructuring, turnaround, or corporate recovery (IT/Tech preferred)
Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Master’s in Finance/Business or equivalent; CA/CFA/CPA/CMA preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
