Job description:

We are looking for an experienced and confident candidate for this position. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and a confident personality.

Role & Responsibility:
Handle qualified prospects passed by the lead qualification team as well as high-intent inbound leads.
Build rapport and credibility with business owners, founders and senior decision-makers.
Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand the prospect's business, current challenges, goals and reasons for seeking support.
Listen actively and identify the prospect's real concerns and decision criteria.
Position the appropriate coaching program based on the prospect's needs.
Clearly communicate program outcomes, structure, pricing and value.
Handle objections around price, timing, partner approval, competing priorities and readiness to enroll.
Recognise buying signals and confidently ask for the enrollment.




Follow up strategically with prospects who require additional time before making a decision.
Guide prospects through payment and enrollment.
Maintain ownership of opportunities until there is a clear outcome.
Maintain accurate CRM notes, chance stages and follow-up schedules.
Work towards defined conversion, enrollment and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the Junior Qualification Team and provide feedback to improve lead quality.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
