Position: Academic Counsellor

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
Handle and follow up on company-provided leads.
Make outbound calls to prospective students and learners.
Explain courses, fees, batch schedules, and admission procedures.
Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain lead conversion pipelines.
Convert enquiries into successful admissions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.




Minimum 3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Telecalling, Student Counselling, or Sales.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Robust interpersonal and follow-up abilities.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
Comfortable handling telecalling and lead conversion activities.

Candidate Preference:
Candidates currently based in Kerala will be preferred.

In office / Work From Home
