Design and Develop Collections: Lead the design process by conceptualizing and creating cutting-edge, trend-driven apparel collections for domestic and international markets.
Sketching & Technical Drawings: Create detailed sketches and technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator, ensuring all designs are production-ready and meet brand standards.
Lead and Mentor Design Team: Oversee and guide a team of junior designers, providing feedback and leadership to ensure the highest quality output and adherence to deadlines.
Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with the production, merchandising, and sourcing teams to ensure designs are technically feasible, cost-effective, and align with customer requirements.
Fabric & Trim Selection: Research and select appropriate fabrics, trims, and finishes that align with design concepts and meet production and quality standards.
Review Samples & Ensure Quality: Review and approve samples throughout the development process,



ensuring designs meet the desired specifications and quality benchmarks before final production.
Trend Analysis & Research: Stay ahead of fashion trends, market demands, and competitor activities. Provide insights and inspiration for upcoming collections based on current and future trends.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Present design concepts and updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market needs.
Ensure Timely Delivery: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all designs and samples in alignment with production schedules and deadlines.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows to increase efficiency, creativity, and quality across all design phases.
