We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, solid leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
Agreeing and managing budgets.
Creating staff roster
Planning menus.
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
Promoting and marketing the business.
Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
Handling customer enquiries and complaints.
Taking reservations.
Greeting and advising customers.
Problem solving.
Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports.
Keeping statistical and financial records.
Assessing and improving profitability.
Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers,



licensing authorities and sales representatives.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management
Restaurant Background Preferred and Malayalam Compulsory
Candidates having a high school diploma with relevant experience can also be considered.
Should be able to handle malayalam and english.
Proven experience of working as a, Restaurant in Charge or a similar role in F&B; Service Department.
Outstanding team management skills
