Assist the Visa Counsellor in handling student/client enquiries related to visa and immigration processes.
Understand client requirements and provide accurate information regarding visa procedures, documentation, and timelines.
Assist in preparing and organizing visa application files.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients regarding pending documents and application status.
Handle client calls, messages, and basic counselling enquiries professionally.
Support the senior counsellor in day-to-day visa counselling and administrative activities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
