Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies at the project/site.
Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, statutory requirements, and company procedures.
Conduct Toolbox Talks, safety training, and induction programs for employees and workers.
Prepare and maintain JSA/JHA, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and safety checklists.
Monitor work at height, lifting operations, electrical work, scaffolding, excavation, hot work, and confined-space activities.
Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain PPE compliance at the site.
Inspect scaffolding, ladders, lifting equipment, power tools, and other safety equipment.
Investigate accidents, incidents,



and near misses and prepare reports with corrective/preventive actions.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and documentation.
Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and management to resolve safety issues.
Conduct emergency preparedness drills and ensure emergency arrangements are available.
Stop unsafe work when there is an immediate risk and ensure corrective action before restarting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
