Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Electrical / Electronics
Experience: 6+ Years

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team
Handle breakdown & preventive maintenance
Electrical troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Implement CAPA for recurring breakdowns
Monitor MTTR, MTBF & OEE
Ensure electrical safety and LOTO compliance
Coordinate with Production and other maintenance teams
Maintain maintenance reports and documentation

Preferred Industry Experience

Laminates / Plywood / Door / Flooring / Automotive / Manufacturing

Preferred Machine Exposure

CNC Machines | Hot Press | UV Coating | Paint Shop | Beam Saw | Unicut Saw | Sanding | Grinding | Polishing | Dust Collector | Compressors | UPS
