We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Influencer Marketing Associate to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns and coordinate with creators across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You will scout top-tier creators, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure seamless campaign execution aligned with brand goals.
Key Responsibilities
Scout, evaluate, and shortlist approximately 70–80 influencers per month.
Manage and execute 4+ creator campaigns simultaneously from onboarding to completion.
Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, and timelines with creators, talent managers, and agencies.
Share campaign briefs and review creator content before publication to enforce brand guidelines.
Monitor performance metrics and build detailed reports with actionable campaign insights.
Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on experience in influencer,
social media, or digital marketing.
Solid working knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn trends and formats.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
Note: Candidates must bring their own laptop for this role.
Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
