About the Role

Akasa Finance Limited is looking for energetic, responsible, and target-oriented candidates to join our Sales & Collection team. The selected candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, loan-related field activities, customer support, and timely collection of outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new customers and promote the company's financial products.
Conduct field visits and support customer onboarding.
Manage customer relationships and provide proper service.
Follow up with customers for timely loan repayments.
Handle collection activities and resolve customer payment-related queries.
Maintain daily reports and update collection and sales records.
Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
Coordinate with the team and report daily activities to the supervisor.





Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Excel.
Willingness to work in the field.
Ability to learn quickly and take responsibility.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Local candidates from Siliguri and nearby areas are preferred.
