Job Summary

Lere Academy is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Digital Marketing Faculty to train students in practical and industry-relevant digital marketing skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing and the ability to explain concepts clearly.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct offline Digital Marketing classes for students.
Teach both basic and advanced digital marketing concepts.
Provide practical training through live projects and real-world examples.
Train students in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
Guide students in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Monitor student performance and provide individual guidance.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and industry practices.
Support students with doubts, projects, and career-related guidance.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of practical experience in Digital Marketing preferred.




Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Google Analytics.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Practical knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Prior teaching or training experience is an added advantage.
