Handle customer queries related to transactions and services.
Monitor daily operational activities.
Identify and resolve transaction issues and delays.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Provide timely updates to customers on issue resolution.
Maintain records and prepare operational reports.
Follow company policies and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
Positive communication and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Experience in fintech, banking, or operations is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
