Study Abroad Processing OfficerExperience in Study Abroad Processing is Mandatory

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Study Abroad Processing Officer to manage the end-to-end application and documentation process for students applying to international universities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end processing of student applications for overseas universities.
Verify academic, financial, and supporting documents as per university requirements.
Prepare and submit applications accurately within deadlines.
Coordinate with universities and institutions regarding applications, offers, and additional requirements.
Manage offer letters, admission confirmations, and related documentation.
Assist students with visa documentation and application procedures.
Conduct regular follow-ups with students, universities, and relevant teams.
Maintain accurate records of applications and processing status.
Identify and resolve documentation or application-related issues promptly.
Coordinate with counsellors and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.
Stay updated on university admission procedures, visa requirements, intakes,



and policy changes.
Achieve processing targets and ensure timely completion of assigned applications.

Requirements:

Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in study abroad processing.
Strong knowledge of overseas university application and visa documentation.
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple applications and work within deadlines.
Good computer proficiency.

Salary & Perks:
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
