Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
Valuable knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in construction projects.
Experience in site execution, quality control, material management, and contractor coordination.
Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications,



and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
Monitor project schedules and report progress.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Manage materials, labor, and site resources efficiently.
Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.
