People Development Trainee
We are looking for a motivated People Development Trainee to join our team. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting employee training sessions.
Support in preparing presentations and training materials.
Help with new employee onboarding and training.
Coordinate training schedules and maintain records.
Collect feedback and support employee development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Valuable interpersonal and organizational skills.
