Role Overview
Responsible for identifying government tenders, preparing documentation, handling e-tender submissions, costing & BOQ analysis, and managing post-tender activities.
Work across GEM, CPPP, State E-procurement portals, and other government platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor tender portals such as GEM, CPPP, and State e-Proc for recent opportunities.
Prepare technical bid documents including certificates, registrations, and financial statements.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Operations for required documents.
Submit online tenders using DSC and ensure timely submission.
Prepare BOQ costing and financial bid sheets.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, GST, and labour law requirements.
Track tender status including technical evaluation, financial bidding, and L1 results.
Maintain tender MIS reports and trackers
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of GEM, CPPP, and State e-Proc portals.




Excellent documentation and compliance understanding.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PDF tools.
Ability to complete tenders under strict deadlines.
Knowledge of costing, BOQ analysis, and government contracting.

Education Qualification
Graduate / Post-Graduate in Commerce, Business, Management, or Engineering.
E-tendering certification preferred.

Experience Required
2–5 years experience in tendering for government contracts.
Experience in manpower, security services, or facility management tendering is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,860.25 - ₹35,920.66 per month
