Customer Service Representative
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to handle customer calls, resolve queries, provide product/service information, and maintain a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
Provide accurate information and support
Maintain customer records and follow company processes
Meet daily/weekly performance targets
Requirements:
Positive communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge
Customer service experience preferred but freshers may be considered
Ability to work in a team and handle customers professionally
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
