Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 years in restaurant kitchen operations, food quality control or multi-outlet F&B; supervision
Working knowledge of FSSAI requirements, HACCP principles, cold chain and FIFO
Must be able to taste, assess and correct a dish — this is not a paperwork role
Own vehicle and valid licence. Must travel between all four outlets weekly
Fluent Malayalam and English. Hindi an advantage
Comfortable using WhatsApp, smartphone camera, and easy digital checklists
Must be willing to reject supplier stock and report issues honestly, without exception

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
