Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the organization in fulfilling its manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Understand job requirements and prepare suitable job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/online screening and coordinate interviews.
Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary and discuss job-related terms with selected candidates.
Coordinate the joining and onboarding process for new employees.
Maintain proper recruitment documentation and records.




Prepare regular recruitment status reports.
Ensure positions are closed within the required timeline.
Support other HR activities as required.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HR recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification
Any Bachelor's degree.
MBA/PG Diploma in Human Resources will be an added advantage.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR preferred.
Freshers with positive communication and coordination skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
