Role Overview
We are looking for an Architectural Draftsperson with positive technical drafting skills and experience in preparing detailed architectural drawings, including GFC (Positive for Construction) drawings.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed GFC, working, construction and execution drawings.
Develop plans, elevations, sections, details and architectural layouts from design inputs.
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP and other consultants.
Incorporate design changes and site requirements into drawings.
Prepare drawing revisions and maintain proper drawing/documentation standards.
Support the project team in resolving drawing and detailing issues during execution.
Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated and issued within project timelines.

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Architecture or relevant technical qualification.




2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting.
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit/BIM knowledge will be an advantage.
Good understanding of architectural construction, materials and detailing.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.

Preferred
Candidates with experience working on large-scale projects, such as institutional, commercial, residential, infrastructure, hospitality or government projects, will be preferred.
Experience in preparing and managing large drawing sets and coordinated GFC packages is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
