Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Fabric Cutting Master to join our garment manufacturing team. The ideal candidate must have complete knowledge of fabric cutting, pattern understanding, and hands-on experience with both manual and machine cutting.

Key Responsibilities:
Cutting of all types of fabrics as per given patterns
Operating large and small fabric cutting machines (including 12-inch cutting machine and small roller machine)
Ensuring accuracy in cutting as per size sets and quantity
Understanding technical patterns and measurements
Organizing fabric rolls and managing cutting inventory
Coordinating with stitching and sampling teams for smooth production flow

Requirements:




Experience in fabric cutting (manual & machine)
Knowledge of garment patterns and measurements
Skilled in using industrial fabric cutting machines
Basic understanding of different fabric types
Ability to work with precision and consistency
Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented

Benefits:
Fixed salary between ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 (based on skill)
