Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager – Commercial Interiors

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development professional with experience in the commercial interior fit-out industry to identify new business prospects and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for commercial interior fit-out projects.
Generate leads through architects, PMCs, corporate clients, developers, consultants, and facility management companies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry professionals.
Conduct cold calling, client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and arrange site visits when required.
Coordinate with the estimation team for BOQs, costing, and quotations.
Prepare and submit commercial proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate commercial terms and support the sales process until deal closure.
Follow up on proposals and quotations until the project is awarded.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.




Track upcoming commercial developments, office expansions, and recent project opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing.
Coordinate with estimation, procurement, and project execution teams for a smooth transition from sales to project operations.
Prepare and maintain weekly sales and business development reports.
Visit architects, PMCs, consultants, and prospective clients to generate and develop business opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in Business Development or B2B Sales within the commercial interior fit-out/interior design industry.
Solid networking and client relationship management skills.
Experience dealing with architects, PMCs, corporate clients, consultants, and developers is preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel within Mumbai for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
