Key Responsibilities

 Develop relationships with channel partners and brokers.

 Generate quality leads and site visits.

 Onboard current channel partners.

 Conduct project presentations.

 Coordinate with the closing team.

 Achieve monthly sourcing targets.

 Maintain CRM records.

 Organize broker meets.

 Monitor market trends.

 Prepare MIS reports.

Required Skills

 Excellent communication.

 Networking and negotiation.

 Real estate market knowledge.

 CRM and MS Excel.

 Target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
