Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Automation to handle automation systems, maintenance, and continuous improvement of assembly line operations. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in PLC & SCADA programming along with hands-on experience in industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain automation systems including PLC and SCADA programming
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in assembly line automation
Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of automation equipment
Work on pneumatic systems and ensure smooth functioning
Optimize automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime




Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations
Lead automation-related projects and upgrades
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens / Allen Bradley preferred)
Experience with SCADA systems
Hands-on experience in assembly line automation
Good understanding of pneumatics and industrial automation systems
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Leadership and team-handling ability

Preferred Candidate Profile
6+ years of relevant experience in automation
Experience in manufacturing/production environment
Valuable communication and coordination skills
