FACTORY PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a Factory Production Supervisor who can independently supervise and manage our factory operations, ensuring smooth production, quality output, and timely completion of targets.

Key Responsibilities
Independently supervise day-to-day factory production activities
Ensure production targets and schedules are met
Manage manpower, shift planning, and work allocation
Monitor machine operations, material usage, and workflow
Maintain daily production records and reports
Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed
Coordinate with maintenance, stores, and management
Handle shop-floor discipline and operational issues
Report daily production status to management

Qualification & Experience
Minimum Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Production or relevant field)
Minimum 1 years experience in a factory or manufacturing setting
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Solid supervision and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
