Explain the company's franchise model, investment requirements, business potential, and terms to prospects.
Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
Schedule and conduct franchise presentations and meetings.
Understand prospects' investment capacity, location preferences, and business objectives.
Handle objections and negotiate effectively to convert qualified leads.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, site evaluation, onboarding, and franchise closure.
Maintain accurate lead and sales information in CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with franchise partners.
Track market trends and competitor franchise offerings.

Requirements
1–5 years of experience in franchise sales, B2B sales, business development, real estate sales, or investment sales.




Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust convincing, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls and conducting meetings.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Willingness to travel when required.
