Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, billing, taxation, and statutory compliance. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and experience with Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily books of accounts and financial records.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, payment vouchers, and receipts.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Prepare GST returns and reconcile GST data with books.
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain ageing reports.
Process employee salary and related records.
Maintain proper documentation of accounting and financial transactions.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
Coordinate with auditors, clients, vendors,



and internal departments.
Prepare MIS reports and other financial statements as required.
Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
1–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Valuable knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF and ESIC will be an advantage.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in facility management, housekeeping, manpower supply, construction, or building maintenance companies will be preferred.

Salary

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹10,671.88 - ₹21,000.00 per month
