Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers regarding tour packages, hotels, and travel services.
Contact leads and understand customers' travel requirements.
Explain travel packages, itineraries, pricing, and offers.
Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
Maintain valuable relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
Coordinate with the sales/operations team to ensure smooth booking and travel arrangements.
Maintain daily call and enquiry records and achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements
Fluent Hindi speaking is mandatory.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
Interest in the travel and tourism industry.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous experience in telecalling, travel, tourism, or sales is an advantage.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
