We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their educational requirements, explaining suitable courses/programs, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
Understand students’ career goals, educational background, and requirements.
Counsel students and recommend suitable courses or programs.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, benefits, and admission process.
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
Handle queries and objections professionally.
Convert leads into successful admissions/enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales/admission targets.
Build a positive relationship with students throughout the counselling process.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling sales conversations.
Strong Hindi and English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, education counselling, or inside sales will be an advantage.
