The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating service requests, communicating with customers and service teams, tracking service activities, and ensuring timely completion of service-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and coordinate customer service requests, complaints, and repair/service requirements.
Schedule service appointments and assign jobs to technicians or service personnel.
Coordinate between customers, technicians, stores, and management to ensure smooth service operations.
Track service requests from initiation to completion and provide timely updates to customers.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, job cards, quotations, invoices, and service reports.
Follow up on pending service requests, spare parts, repairs, and deliveries.
Prepare daily/weekly service status reports and update management on pending issues.




Handle customer queries professionally and ensure proper resolution of complaints.
Coordinate warranty claims and service-related documentation where applicable.
Monitor technician attendance, job status, and productivity when required.
Ensure service procedures and company policies are followed.
Support the service team with administrative and documentation work.

Required Skills:
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Solid coordination and follow-up abilities.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Ability to manage multiple service requests and priorities.
Valuable organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
