We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel and ensure the safety, discipline, wellbeing, and overall welfare of students.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise students and maintain proper discipline within the hostel.
Ensure students follow hostel rules, schedules, and institutional policies.
Maintain attendance and daily records of hostel residents.
Monitor students' safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and general wellbeing.
Coordinate hostel meals, housekeeping, maintenance, and other support services.
Handle student concerns and communicate significant issues to parents, teachers, and management.
Monitor entry and exit of students and maintain visitor records.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and coordinate with the concerned authorities when required.
Organize and supervise study hours, recreation, prayer, and other hostel activities.
Conduct regular inspections of hostel rooms and common areas.
Report incidents,



disciplinary matters, maintenance issues, and other concerns to management.
Ensure compliance with hostel safety and security procedures.

Requirements
Graduate degree in any discipline preferred.
Previous experience in hostel/student supervision, school administration, residential institutions, or a similar role.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust discipline and leadership abilities.
Ability to handle students patiently and responsibly.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and reports.
Willingness to stay in the hostel premises, if required.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in school/college hostels or residential educational institutions will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
