Karigar India is hiring Domestic Helpers for household support assignments in our office located in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand and surrondings. The role is suitable for candidates who are experienced in household work and are comfortable working at client residences according to the agreed job requirements.

Job Location

Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Selected candidates may be assigned to our workplaces/ households in and around Jamshedpur based on their skills, availability and job requirements.

Job Responsibilities
Cleaning and maintaining household areas.
Sweeping, mopping and dusting.
Washing utensils and maintaining the kitchen area.
Laundry and basic household organisation.
Assisting with cooking or food preparation where required.
Supporting elderly family members or children when specifically included in the job assignment.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the assigned household.
Following reasonable instructions provided by the client.
Performing household duties responsibly and professionally.
Maintaining confidentiality and respecting the privacy of the client and household.

Candidate Requirements
Previous domestic-help, housekeeping or household-support experience is preferred.




Candidates without formal experience may also be considered for suitable entry-level assignments.
Reliable and responsible approach to work.
Positive personal hygiene.
Ability to follow household instructions.
Respectful communication and skilled behaviour.
Ability to work independently when required.
Willingness to work at assigned client locations.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will depend on the type of household assignment, working hours, duties and experience. The applicable salary will be clearly communicated before deployment and agreed with the selected candidate.
