Job Description:

We are seeking a highly communicative and detail-oriented Property Management & Leasing Executive to support our US-based property management operations during night shift hours. This role requires excellent spoken and written English, robust customer handling skills, and the ability to professionally coordinate with tenants, owners, vendors, and leasing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle leasing inquiries via calls, emails, and property portals (Zillow, Apartments.com, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
Communicate with prospective tenants regarding availability, pricing, applications, and screening process
Coordinate lease documentation, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
Manage tenant communication related to maintenance requests, notices, and follow-ups
Update and maintain property records, rent rolls, and CRM systems
Assist with rent tracking, payment follow-ups, and basic reporting
Liaise with US clients, property owners,



and vendors professionally
Ensure timely responses during US business hours

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) – Mandatory
Prior experience in US Property Management / Leasing preferred
Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones
Strong customer service and negotiation skills
Ability to handle calls confidently with US clients and tenants
Valuable command over emails, documentation, and spreadsheets
Familiarity with property management software is a plus
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Preferred Experience:
Experience working with US real estate or property management firms
Exposure to leasing platforms and tenant screening processes
Understanding of basic US leasing terminology and compliance
