Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling Bike & Auto driver walk-ins, welcoming and guiding drivers through the onboarding process.
Explain the required documentation, procedures, and onboarding requirements to drivers.
Assist drivers with the registration and onboarding process.
Coordinate with the concerned teams for driver verification and onboarding.
Address basic driver queries and provide appropriate guidance.
Ensure smooth and productive walk-in management and a positive driver experience.

Required Skills:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Tamil with basic English communication skills.
Experience in customer handling and walk-in management.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Good coordination, follow-up,



and documentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple walk-in customers/drivers and resolve basic queries professionally.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in reception, customer service, driver onboarding, field inspection, or similar roles will be preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, dispatch, or Operations Control Desk.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
