Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Personal Assistant (PA) to provide administrative and executive support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communication, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and reminders.
Handle calls, emails, WhatsApp, and official communication.
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Coordinate with clients, employees, and external contacts.
Maintain records, files, and important documents.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and follow-ups.
Manage confidential information professionally.




Assist management with daily tasks and coordination.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Qualified, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
