Job Description:

We are looking for CRM Executives / Telecalling – Collections to join our team in Tirupati. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telecalling collections and be comfortable communicating with customers regarding outstanding payments and repayment.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending/outstanding payments.
Follow up with customers and assist in repayment/collection.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a positive customer relationship.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Follow company policies, collection processes,



and compliance guidelines.
Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned team when required.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling Collections.
Experience in Collections / Banking / NBFC / Fintech / Recovery will be preferred.
Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam language proficiency preferred.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
Immediate joiners preferred.
