Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support – Assist in creating and sending promotional emails, newsletters, and product updates.
Database Management – Help maintain and segment subscriber lists.
Content Assistance – Support in drafting subject lines and basic email copy.
Performance Tracking – Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and report findings.
Learning & Development – Gain exposure to tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, and SendGrid.
