Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible IT Support Specialist to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to employees, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth functioning of computer systems and network services.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network infrastructure.
Manage user accounts, email IDs, access permissions, and system configurations.
Perform regular data backup and assist with data recovery when required.
Monitor system security, antivirus, and software updates.
Maintain IT asset records and inventory.




Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers for technical issues and maintenance.
Troubleshoot basic server, networking, and connectivity issues.
Maintain proper documentation of IT systems, assets, and support activities.
Ensure IT systems are secure, updated, and available for business operations.

Requirements
Education: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in IT Administration / IT Support.
Valuable knowledge of Windows, MS Office, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and printers.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
