Supervise daily assembly and packing activities to achieve production targets.
Ensure proper assembly of bearings as per work instructions and quality standards.
Monitor packing operations, labeling, and product identification.
Verify finished products before packing and dispatch.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and packing documentation.
Coordinate with Production Planning (PPC), Quality, and Stores departments.
Ensure availability of packing materials and production consumables.
Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities to the Maintenance team.
Implement 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing practices on the shop floor.
Train operators on standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality requirements, and safety practices.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and PPE usage.
Reduce rejection, rework, and material wastage through process improvements.
Support recent product trials and process improvements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
