Job Description:

Quick Algo Plus Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates for the position of Demat Account Opening Executive.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining the Demat and Trading Account opening process, assisting customers with KYC and documentation, and ensuring successful account opening.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with potential customers through provided leads.
Explain the Demat/Trading Account opening process and required documentation.
Assist customers with the online account opening and KYC process.
Follow up on incomplete applications and pending documents.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and account openings.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.




Achieve assigned daily and monthly account opening targets.
Maintain qualified communication and provide a positive customer experience.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow company policies.

Requirements:
12th Pass or Graduate.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, banking, financial services, BPO, or customer handling will be preferred.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
