Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Floor Manager to oversee and manage daily factory floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily factory and production floor activities
Manage and coordinate factory workers and machine operators
Ensure production targets are achieved on time
Monitor product quality and maintain workplace standards
Allocate work and manage manpower efficiently
Ensure smooth workflow and minimize production delays
Coordinate with management, maintenance and other departments
Monitor machine operations and report any issues
Maintain production records and daily reports
Ensure safety, discipline and cleanliness on the factory floor




Train and guide employees to improve productivity

Requirements
Previous experience in factory, production or floor management
Robust team handling and leadership skills
Good knowledge of production and factory operations
Ability to manage workers and meet production targets
Problem-solving and communication skills
Candidates from nearby Perumbavoor or willing to commute are preferred
