Civil Site Engineer – Residential & Commercial Projects

We are hiring a skilled Civil Site Engineer with 3–7+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate should have robust knowledge of site execution, construction activities, quality control, measurements, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and execute civil construction works as per drawings and project schedules.
Monitor RCC, block work, plastering, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
Check site measurements, quantities, materials, and workmanship.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams.
Ensure proper quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
Manage manpower, materials, and daily site activities.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Assist with measurements, BOQs, billing, and quantity verification.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

Requirements
Qualification: B.E.



Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 3–7+ years in civil construction and site execution.
Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, measurements, and materials.
Tamil-speaking candidates preferred.
Ability to manage labour, subcontractors, and site activities.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
Willing to work at different site locations across Chennai.

Salary & Advantages
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
