About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Social Media Executive with 2 year of hands-on experience, ideally from an agency background, to manage and grow social media presence for multiple client brands. If you live and breathe trends, know how to turn a brief into scroll-stopping content, and can read analytics like a second language — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand goals.
Manage day-to-day operations across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X — content creation, publishing, and community engagement.
Create platform-specific content optimized for reach, engagement, and conversion.
Stay on top of social trends, tools, and platform updates; apply insights to improve performance.
Track KPIs and performance metrics; turn data into transparent, actionable recommendations.
Work closely with clients, designers, and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.

Requirements
2 year of social media experience — agency experience strongly preferred.
Robust grasp of platform algorithms, audience behavior, and content best practices.




Working knowledge of social media management/analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
Analytical mindset — comfortable working with data to guide decisions.
Strong multitasking and time-management skills; able to juggle multiple client accounts.
Comfortable with versatile/extended hours during shoots, campaigns, or live events.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should be based in or able to commute daily to South Delhi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
