Role Overview

We are looking for a polite, organised, and patient-focused Telecalling Executive to handle enquiries, explain our services, schedule appointments, and follow up with patients.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to patients who have enquired about our services.
Provide accurate information about MRI, CT scans, pathology tests, pricing, centre timings, and appointments.
Follow up on enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, advertisements, and other channels.
Convert interested enquiries into confirmed appointments through helpful, explicit communication.
Coordinate with reception and diagnostic teams to check availability and schedule bookings.
Send appointment confirmations, reminders, location details, and preparation instructions approved by the clinical team.
Follow up with patients who miss appointments and assist with rescheduling.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, call outcomes, bookings, and pending follow-ups.
Collect patient feedback and escalate complaints or medical questions to the appropriate team.




Maintain patient confidentiality and communicate with empathy and respect.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: Class 12; graduates preferred.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or patient coordination preferred. Candidates with healthcare or diagnostics experience will have an advantage.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; working knowledge of English preferred.
Basic computer skills, including Excel, WhatsApp Business, and data entry.
Robust listening skills, a courteous telephone manner, and consistent follow-up habits.
Ability to explain information clearly and work towards enquiry follow-up and appointment targets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
