Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Trainer to join us on a part time freelance basis. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and industry-oriented training to candidates in Java backend development.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver Java Backend training as per the provided syllabus.
Explain concepts clearly with practical examples and real-time use cases.
Conduct hands-on sessions and coding exercises.
Clarify candidates' technical doubts and provide guidance throughout the training.
Complete the assigned syllabus within the expected training duration.
Share relevant assignments, exercises, and learning resources.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Core Java and Advanced Java.
Positive experience in Java Backend Development.
Knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot, REST APIs,



Microservices, Hibernate/JPA.
Understanding of SQL/Database concepts.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Prior experience in corporate or technical training is preferred.
Candidates with relevant industry experience and a passion for training are encouraged to apply.

Training Schedule
Weekdays: 1 hour per day
Weekends: 2 hours per day
Total Training Duration: Approximately 30–40 hours, depending on the syllabus and learner requirements.

Robust technical and communication skills
Comfortable working as a freelance/part-time trainer
Chennai-based candidates preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
