We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and grow our online community. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for digital marketing and branding.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and schedule social media content.
Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
Write engaging captions and relevant hashtags.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative content.
Monitor comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
Track social media trends and implement new ideas.
Analyze social media performance using insights and analytics.
Create monthly content calendars.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve brand awareness and lead generation.
Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills
Positive understanding of social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva,



Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
Understanding of content marketing and branding.
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
Basic understanding of analytics and reporting.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Freshers with robust portfolios and creative skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills
Experience with short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
Understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Canva AI.
Knowledge of Meta Ads is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
